To Access Your Email via a Web Browser

  1. Go to http://mail.prosolutionsinc.com/IClient

  2. Your username will be your full e-mail address.
    Example: (mailadmin@example.com)

  3. If you want to setup new accounts, logon using the mailadmin@yourdomain.com and the password. Once logged in click on Web Admin to set up a new user or alias emails to a single account.

To Setup Outlook 2003 to Access Your Email

  1. Open Microsoft outlook

  2. From the top tool bar click “Tools” then scroll down and click “Email Accounts”

  3. Click the add button then “Next”

  4. Select the “POP” option then click “Next”

  5. On the next screen fill in the required information. Make sure both the incoming and outgoing servers are set to mail.prosolutionsinc.com and that the User ID is your whole email address.

  6. Click on “More Settings” and then go to the “Outgoing Server” tab. Select the checkmark next to “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” and the “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” option will be selected by default which is ok. Click “Ok” to apply the changes. You will go back to the “Internet E-mail Settings (POP3)” screen.

  7. Click “Test Account Settings” and if all of the tests pass the email is configured correctly. If one of the tests fail, please review these instructions again and make sure all of the information is typed in correctly.

  8. Once the tests all pass click “Next” and “Finish” to begin using your email.
