Q Can I pay my invoice with a credit card?

A Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Please call us if you would like to pay by credit card.

Q If I pay by credit card, what will it be listed as on my credit card statement?

A It will be billed under ProSolutions, Inc.

Q Can I have my invoices paid directly by my credit card?

A If it would be easier for you to have your invoices billed automatically to your credit card, please give us a call.

Q I can't pay my entire invoice at this time, can I spread out my payments?

A If your past account history is in good standing, we can work out a payment plan with you.

Q What address do I send payments to?

Q I don't have an invoice, but I need to make a payment. What information should I include with my payment?

A Please include your domain name with your payment if your invoice is not available.

Q I ordered hardware/software from ProSolutions, Inc, but it's not the right item. How do I return it?

A The only way we can return an item is if the box is unopened. If the box has been opened, we cannot accept the return. If the item has not been opened, please call for return instructions or click here.
